Carriage/Shipping

Shipping charges are added at checkout. One item per order only. Multiple items to the same address need to be ordered seperately.

Shipping is £1.90 within UK and £3.01 worldwide. Some items may state additional charges for extra weight etc and can be viewed on the item description.

Quick Guide

To Order (5 easy steps):
1. Login to your Paypal account and click the Send Money tab.
2. Enter sales@forematt.co.uk in the To box
3. Enter the price including postage/shipping* in the Amount box and set for GBP - British Pounds.
4. Click the Personal tab and Other selection, then click the Continue button.
5. On the review payment page in the Email to recipient: Enter the platform, title, product code and the customer name/address in the Message box and click Send Money.

* Shipping to UK address = £1.90 per item. Shipping to all other countries = £3.01 per item.

UK Recorded DeliveryWe can do recorded delivery for all addresses. Simply add £1.00 (UK) or £4.00 (International) to the total and enter "RECORDED DELIVERY TO:" in the message box before the customer address. You will be emailed a Royal Mail reference number once the order has been processed for you to track your order on the Royal Mail website.

Items will be placed on back-order if out of stock 

Most orders are despatched within 48 hours - but please allow at least 7 days for delivery (in the UK).

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery on out-of-stock items.

Once an order is placed it is legally binding! Cancellation of orders can only be made at our discretion.
